Product & Care:
Due to the nature of my practice, all products are printed and made by hand in my home studio in the UK on 100% Linen. Please consider that colours may vary slightly. Hand wash only at a low 30 degree temperature and iron on the reverse of the product is advised.
Each product has been cut and made from an area of printed fabric, meaning no two print works will be the same, making each product unique and personal. Please bare in mind that all cushions are to made to order.
All cushions are filled with a feathered cushion pad, if you would like an alternative please get in contact.
Orders:
All products are made to order, due to this please allow 7-10 working days for your order to arrive. If there is any overtime needed for the making of your product or delays with production, contact will be made to inform you of this information.
UK Shipping:
All items will be posted using Royal Mail, unless a courier is needed - DPD. Price of deliveries will be priced at £3 over all products within the UK only. If your order exceeds £70 then your order will qualify for free delivery.
All items will be posted first class or next day. A confirmation will be sent once your order has been dispatched. Please allow 1 week for your item to be delivered.
International Shipping:
For orders outside the UK, please get in contact before purchasing to discuss a delivery quote. Orders will be posted using Royal Mail or Courier, unless discussed otherwise. Please allow up to 14 working days for delivery. Any orders outside of Europe will take up to 28 working days.
Returns:
I hope you love your product, however if you are unhappy with your purchase and require a return, please get in touch immediately! Items must be returned in their original condition and at a saleable state within 30 days of purchase. The cost of any returns and exchanges will be your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Please allow 5-7 working days for the refund to be processed upon receipt. You will be notified by email once this has been done.
Exchange:
If you would like to exchange an item, please send your previous order in their original condition and a saleable state. A new item will be sent out, please be aware a charge will be made for the postage and packaging of your new item.
Rights and Regulations:
Vita Mazarine owns all copyright to all products, imagery, photographs, and information. Any use of product, information and material made by Vita Mazarine must be contacted before using and sharing. If used without permission or consent this may go against copyright laws.
Prices and Website Maintenance:
All prices and information throughout the website are maintained regularly. However if there is a custom / wholesale order then prices may differ.
Any EU / International orders, please bare in my increase on delivery and custom taxes.
Vita Mazarine has the right to withdraw any products or information of which may not be necessary or available anymore on the site.
Stripe accepts all major payment card systems including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Mastero.
